Welcome to our team. Each member has completed the New Home Certification Specialist training and are here to assist you with your new home purchase. Our program is geared toward the “do-it-yourself” segment of the market who takes on a very active role in the initial search. They just want an agent to assist with the negotiation and/or unlock the builder commission so they can get up to a 50% rebate.
